Chef Han Joins Sonder for a Limited Culinary Residency Starting June 2025

Chef Han started off his career at 3 Michelin-starred restaurant by Joël Robuchon in Macau more than ten years ago. Since then, he has worked alongside various gastronomy luminaries such as Graham Elliot and Mauro Colagreco at several MGM establishments, and more recently as the executive chef at Singapore’s Ma Cuisine, also a Michelin-starred restaurant. From June 2025, Chef Han joins Sonder on a limited-run residency as executive chef. Chef Han promises to bring bold flavours and creative dishes to Sonder. Welcome to a new culinary experience at Sonder.
